In May 2000 he graduated from high school in Kokshetau, Akmola region. In June 2004, he graduated from the Kokshetau University of Humanities and Economics, Faculty of Finance and Credit, with a degree in Economics.

• From March 2005 to September 2009, he worked in second-tier banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the position of consumer lending specialist to chief corporate lending specialist (Astana).
• From September 2009 to September 2012, he worked in the branch of Kazakhstelecom JSC of the Astanatelecom MCT from the position of the leading specialist of the group for working with doubtful accounts receivable (with the assignment of the function of the head of the group) to the Head of the Sales Center of the Branch (Astana).
