Many people believe that ticks are most dangerous in the spring, with the arrival of warmer weather, and during the rest of the period they do not pose a great danger. This opinion is erroneous because ticks have two active seasons, the first is spring, the second is autumn. You need to be especially careful and attentive in April, May and September. If Indian summer begins in October, the activity of ticks does not subside until the first cold weather.

Ticks usually live along paths leading to water bodies, in areas of grazing, and forest ravines. There are especially many ticks where there are many rodent burrows. Therefore, measures to combat rodents are also a measure to combat ticks, since in this case ticks are exterminated along with rodents.

The disinfection center of the Republican State Enterprise at the National Center of Expertise in the North Kazakhstan region conducted the second round of barrier disinsection for anti-tick treatment in the Kyzylzhar region from September 14 to 30 of this year.

Disinfection teams equipped with the necessary equipment were involved in the processing. Anti-tick measures were carried out using the insectoacaricidal drug "Tsiperlad-25", which belongs to safety class 4, that is, safe for the health of people and animals.
